Our Mission

At Peace of Mind Psychotherapy, you’ll experience an enriching and rewarding bond between client and therapist, greater self-acceptance, and personal fulfillment. By bridging the gap between traditional therapy and creativity, our team of experienced psychotherapists will help you clear a path for further relational developments and self-discovery.

The wellness and wholeness of an individual can be found through psychotherapy, which allows for an introspective journey to one’s psyche. At Peace of Mind, we use a wide-ranging holistic approach in order to get to know those we serve. Psychotherapy is a marvelous tool through which to grapple with trauma, analyze goal-setting, and unearth the root of every-day issues.

Our aim is to utilize creative and artistic expression, among a vast array of other tools, in order to draw out and discuss past experiences. From there, clients learn how to use these experiences to create the present and future they want to see for themselves.

Who We Are & What We Do

At Peace of Mind, we utilize an integrated approach to psychotherapy. This fosters reflection and self-awareness, permitting clients to express themselves openly in whatever manner they choose. By using this approach, we work with clients in a comforting, open, non-judgmental environment, providing diagnoses as well as therapeutic care.

Our focus in treatment is to understand you as a whole person. We partner with you to uncover the root causes of your desires, aversions, and patterns of behavior that may be holding you back.

In the process of undergoing our psychotherapy, you will learn to identify problems while also understanding and applying their solutions to your life. Ultimately, these tools and skills will lead you to a more meaningful life and provide you with healthier ways to communicate and cope.

Our style is interactive and applies both verbal and creative techniques to access the unconscious. As active listeners, we’ll structure personalized sessions customized to your unique needs and goals.

Our focus in treatment is to understand you as a whole person. We partner with you to uncover the root causes of your desires, aversions, and patterns of behavior that may be holding you back.

Our Therapy Approaches

Knowing, exploring, and discovering one’s own mind is the highest form of self-care, and we consider it a privilege to get to know every soul who enters through our doors.

We invite you to begin – or continue – your journey with us.

First and foremost, we at Peace of Mind strongly believe that mental health services are some of the most vital in the world. Thankfully, the stigma against therapy has pivoted into mainstream acceptance and excitement. We hold these practices in high regard, and believe they should be used by everyone as maintenance in life, not simply when things go wrong.

At Peace of Mind, we are fortunate to serve our clients from four major approaches. In order to provide you with the utmost care, please take a moment to read the types of services we provide and let us know which you think would be the best fit for you or your loved ones.

Individual Psychotherapy

We provide one-on-one sessions with clients that cater to how you’d like to approach your therapy. By using different methods, including psychoanalysis, creative arts, and talk therapy, our team will aid you on your own personal journey. Our highly experienced team covers a wide range of topics and specialties, from goal-setting to dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and more. We are here to lend an ear, advice, and analysis for individuals in every walk of life, and are ready to work through a variety of hurdles.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy isn’t just for relationships in crisis—it’s also for partners who are thriving and want to deepen their connection, learn more about one another, and grow as a team. Whether you’re working through ongoing challenges or want to stop having the same argument on repeat and start understanding what’s really happening underneath, we’ll work together to uncover the roots of your patterns. Healthy relationships rely on communication through both the best and hardest moments, and we’re honored to support you in building that kind of connection.

Children & Adolescent Therapy

Child and adolescent therapy provides a supportive space for kids and teens to navigate the challenges of growing up. Whether they’re dealing with social pressure, big emotions, behavioral concerns, or life transitions, our approach meets them where they are—using age-appropriate methods such as talk therapy, creative expression, and skill-building. We work collaboratively with young clients (and, when appropriate, their families) to better understand what’s going on beneath the surface, strengthen coping skills, and support healthy emotional development.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a space to connect with others who are navigating similar experiences, reminding you that you’re not alone in what you’re going through. Whether you’re processing life transitions, managing anxiety, or seeking deeper self-understanding, groups provide an opportunity to share, listen, and learn alongside others. For those who wantto move beyond feeling isolated and start connecting in a more meaningful way, group therapy can be a powerful place to explore patterns, gain perspective, and grow together.
